Warranty & Repair
TubeArk Lifetime Warranty
TubeArk amplifiers are built by hand in Hot Springs, Arkansas to be played, serviced, and kept for the long haul.
Every TubeArk amplifier is warranted against defects in workmanship for the working lifetime of its original builder, Jeff Splawn. This warranty follows the amplifier and is not limited to the original purchaser.
If something we built fails because of the way we built it, we'll make it right.
Vacuum tubes, speakers, and other components subject to normal wear are not covered by the lifetime workmanship warranty. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper speaker loads, incorrect fuses or tubes, or unauthorized modifications or repairs is excluded.
If your TubeArk develops a problem, contact us before having someone else work on it. We'll help determine what happened and the best way to get it taken care of.
Vintage Tube Amp Repair & Restoration
TubeArk also offers repair, service, and restoration of vintage tube amplifiers.
Whether it's an amp you've played for decades, a recent find that needs to be brought back to life, or a vintage piece that simply needs to be made reliable again, we'll work to preserve what makes the amplifier special while getting it back to doing what it was built to do.
Services include troubleshooting and repair, filter capacitor and bias service, tube testing, noise and hum diagnosis, component replacement, and vintage amp restoration.
We don't replace original parts simply because they're old. Whenever possible, original components are preserved when they're safe, functional, and aren't compromising the reliability of the amplifier.
From routine service to a complete restoration, each amplifier is evaluated individually and the work is discussed with the owner before major repairs or changes are made.
